Return & Store Policies
Exchanges
Bedframes, pillows, mattress protectors and sheets in new, unused, and unopened condition in factory sealed packaging can be exchanged within 30 days for store credit – No refunds. The balance may be credited to another purchase or retained as a store credit. Bedframes, pillows, mattress protectors and sheets opened by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged. Adjustable power bases are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Excludes mattresses.
Refunds
Mattresses, bedframes, pillows, mattress protectors & sheets in new, unused, and unopened condition in factory sealed packaging can be returned for refund within 7 days of purchase. Special order merchandise is excluded. Adjustable power bases are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds paid by check will take 21 days to process by mail.
Special Orders
Special Order Products are purchased specifically for customers and are not normal stock products. These products come with a full manufacturer's warranty; however, they are not eligible for comfort exchange, refund or return. All catalog items or items not displayed in-store are special order. Special order products require non-refundable 25% deposit.
The customer agrees to the terms and conditions published above when they place a completed order with our company. In addition, the customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.
Customer Delivery
Delivery must be accepted by person 18 years or older. Free local delivery to curb-side or driveway drop-off (minimum $999 purchase excluding tax, delivery & fees). Local delivery areas vary. Additional charges will apply for outside the local area. Deluxe Installation of your new mattress set is available for $48. Delivery service cannot remove, move, install or handle existing furniture. No other household items can be handled or moved without written permission by the customer at time of purchase. Delivery service can remove your old mattress & foundation for no charge upon request at time of purchase. Mattresses & foundations must be sanitary and clean in order to be safely removed - as determined by the onsite delivery driver. All deliveries include the removal of factory sealed packaging – unless specifically requested to leave in packaging.
